Getting To & From The St. Augustine Amphitheatre (Parking & Rideshare Basics)

• Parking: Use official Saint Augustine Amphitheatre lots or nearby off-site shuttles.
• Rideshare: Designated pickup zones are available; expect surge pricing after the show. (At the time of writing this post, an Uber for 4 people is less than $19 from Saltwater & Sunsets Property to The Amp.)

Pre- and Post-Show Food & Drinks

Before the music even starts, make time to enjoy The Amp’s courtyard area. It’s strung with twinkling lights and shaded by big oaks, the perfect spot to grab a cold beer or a glass of wine and soak up the atmosphere.

Tabitha’s tip: spring for one of The Amp’s souvenir cups on your first visit. Not only do you save $1 on every refill (it adds up fast!), but you can bring it back to future shows. Plus, the Tervis-style cup actually keeps your drink cold in the Florida heat — because no one wants warm wine. 😉 Derek’s pick: the food trucks. Almost every event has a rotating lineup of local favorites parked outside, which means everyone in your group can grab what they’re craving without compromising on one menu. Tacos for one person, BBQ for another, veggie bowl for the third — everyone wins.

If you’d rather sit down for dinner before the show, Vilano has some great choices just minutes away: fresh seafood and sunset views at Cap’s on the Water, casual drinks and live music at Beaches (we love their Chicken nachos – it’s an appetizer but it’s HUGE), or our personal favorite — a pre-show cheese board and cocktails on your own porch at Saltwater & Sunsets before heading out.

Sample St. Augustine Concert Weekend Itinerary (Vilano Base)

Day 1: Relax on the beach, get ready for the show at Saltwater & Sunsets, take Max the Golf cart for a short ride to enjoy an early seafood dinner at Cap’s on the Water, rideshare to the show, then end the night with a late-night hot tub dip under the stars.

Day 2: If you’re an early riser, walk two blocks to enjoy the sunrise on the beach. Drive Max the golf cart to have Brunch at The Reef (it includes a free mimosa!). Then go visit historic downtown St Augustine to explore St. George Street and try a few tastings at San Sebastian Winery and the local distilleries. If you prefer a more natural setting, consider taking a leisurely walk through Anastasia State Park or visiting other nearby beach areas such as St Augustine Beach and Crescent Beach. End the evening by catching the sunset on the river before heading home and having a relaxed dinner in our state-of-the-art kitchen.

Day 3: Start with some local breakfast foods at Blue Hen Cafe. Then explore like a tourist by taking a scenic cruise of St Augustine with Old Town Trolley Tours. Delve into the city’s mysterious side with a Ghosts & Gravestones Tour, or visit Old Florida historic sites such as the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument, the Lightner Museum, St. Augustine Lighthouse & Maritime Museum, and Ponce de Leon’s Fountain of Youth Archaeological Park.
